It appears that prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner was refused by a Bench of this Court on 18.11.2019 with direction to surrender and pray for regular bail. The petitioner neither surrendered nor challenged the said order before the appellate Court; rather waited for retirement of the Hon'ble Judge. This Court was inclined to dismiss this application with heavy cost but the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
