JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.10.2018, passed in CWJC No.20050 of 2018, the competent authority has granted approval of variations and thereafter, the Departmental Tender Committee in its meeting dated 14.05.2019 has also directed for making payment whereafter, a sum of Rs.9,74,147/- has been transferred in the account of the petitioner.

2. This Court finds that no rejoinder has been filed, hence this Court is satisfied that the petitioner has got no further grievance and the order of this Court dated 11.10.2018 has stood
