The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 635 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 384, 504, 506, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute scuffle took place between both sides. Referring to the injury report learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides have sustained injury. He further submits that injury on the person of the petitioner is found grievous whereas injury on the informant is simple. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.12.2018 and on account of land dispute both sides have sustained injury and there is case and counter case, let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Learned C.J.M., Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa (Sadar), P.S. Case No. 635 of 2018.
