19-08-2017 Heard Sri Ranjan Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 16-05-2017 in Siwan Mufassil (Mahadewa) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017, arising out of G.R. No. 2287/17, registered for offence under Sections 272/273 of Indian Penal Code and sections 41(1)/30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated on an accusation as if after noticing the police, he started fleeing away carrying a bag containing about 4 liter of Indian make foreign liquor. By way of referring to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition, he submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent and has

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner namely Raju Sah be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil (Mahadewa) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017, arising out of G.R. No. 2287/17.
