In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No.429 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 386, 387, 356, 504, 506 and 34363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that some unknown persons have blocked the road and looted the money as well as mobile phone of the informant. During investigation, it has transpired that the petitioner has conversant with the other accused persons and location of the mobile phone of the petitioner has also found at the place of occurrence. The

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
