This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.10134 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 02.05.2018. 3.

For the reasons stated in the restoration application and also the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined allow this application and restore Cr. Misc. No.10134 of 2018.
