The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 0001153 of 2014/1039 of 2014, corresponding to Tr. No. 3889 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are father-in-law and brothers-in-law of the complainant. The husband of the complainant was working in a company and unfortunately he died. The complainant alleged that thereafter the petitioners assaulted her and drove her out from the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Complaint Case No. 0001153 of 2014/1039 of 2014, corresponding to Tr. No. 3889 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
