The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 307, 269, 270, 271, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 of Epidemic Disease Act and Section 56 of Indian Disaster Management Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other F.I.R. named accused persons and 40-50 male & female blocked the road of N.H. raising slogans against the administration. They also pelted stones and misbehaved with the police personnel and thus, caused obstruction to the police team in discharge of their official duty.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S.
