The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura Excise P.S. Case No. 268 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of Seizure List, it is apparent that the alleged recovery has been made in front of the petrol pump of one Vinay Tekribal. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
