2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No. 181 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is an order giver and he is in custody since 04.01.2024. He has got eight criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Magistrate,
