2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 699/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner and victim girl had a consensual relationship.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 26.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
