The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.370 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 363, 366(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the fact that the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has admitted that both the parties are major and have married in a temple and they are living as husband and wife, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
