The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 257 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326(A) and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the accused persons are said to have thrown acid upon the prosecution side in which they have sustained injuries, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
