2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 instituted under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, around 87 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge Court No. 2, Buxar/concerned Court in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS.

6. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Luxa, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.
