The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kusheshwar Astahn (Tilkeshwar O.P.) P.S. Case No.170 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Eighteen persons are said to have assaulted the prosecution side including the deceased. Only two injuries have been found on the body of the deceased.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2023 having clean antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, District - Darbhanga, in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan (Tilkeshwar O.P.)
