Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, several persons assaulted bitterly to the informant, as a result whereof, she died subsequently.

Submission is that the petitioner is a female, mother of a new born baby as well as there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. She is in custody since 06.07.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50712 of 2017 (4) dt.03-01-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jadia Police Station Case No.90 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
