The petitioner has been denied to be engaged on contract basis on post of Data Analyst because of no recommendation being made for his engagement because of the background verification report.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7254 of 2019 dt.30-04-2019 2/2 The petitioner is entitled to know the contents of the background verification report for him to explain his cause. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Chief General Manager, Bihar Vikas Mission, Rajvanshi Nagar, P.S. - Shastri Nagar, Patna (Respondent No. 3) within a period of four weeks, detailing his grievances, who, on receipt of the same, shall, dispose it off, by a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
