The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.327 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Witchcraft Act. Considering the fact that because of trivial dispute, the occurrence has taken place and the allegation against the petitioners are not serious to deny anticipatory bail to them, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

No.26053 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.
