JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-03-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have already been arrested and as such the anticipatory bail of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 has become infructuous. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the prayer of petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous as against the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 . Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 3 and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 3 is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Case No. 81 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 352, 353, 354, 283, 186, 188, 189, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegations against the petitioner no. 3 and also considering his age, he should be given one chance to become a good citizen. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of petitioner no. 3 is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 3 above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S.
