This application has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with Danapur R.P.F. P. S. Case No. 01 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 3 RP(ub) of the Act.

Allegation is of theft of some articles from the railway godown. It has been valued Rs.14,101/-. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has confessed the said crime and he is instrumental in getting the stolen articles carried on his tempo. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
