The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused. Thereafter, the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2019. However, petitioner was never put on T.I.P. Only material is that co-accused stated to the police that the petitioner had purchased the looted vehicle. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner for refusal of prayer for bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14872 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019, G.R. No. 341 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
