The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is contended that as per allegation, 3330 litres of foreign liquor were allegedly recovered from the truck which was parked in front of house which is said to be owned by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.07.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40339 of 2017(2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
