2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The dead body of the deceased was recovered and on the statement of the Chowkidar, FIR was registered against unknown.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the statement of the coaccused who is the father of the petitioner. It has also been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was working in Aristo Pharmaceuticals at Sikkim on

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in jail since 4.12.2023 and other co-accused persons have also been granted bail by this Court.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released is directed to co-operate in the trial and noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
