1. The instant application has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of CWJC no. 13505 of 2015 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 5.2.2024.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the restoration application, the Court is satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for restoration of CWJC no. 13505 of 2015.
