2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Tetia Bambar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 6.12.2024 and the petitioner no. 02 is in custody since 16.12.2024.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the deceased has committed suicide and the petitioners are the father-in-law and brother-in-law of the

6. Considering the fact that the deceased may have committed suicide, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Tetia Bambar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024.
