Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The report of the learned trial Judge would reveal that the trial is going to be concluded within a month. In the circumstances, this application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer, if the trial is not concluded even after lapse of two months from today in connection with Sessions Trial No. 26 of 2015 arising out of Cheria Bariarpur (Manzhaul) Police Station Case No. 49 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Begusarai.
