JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323,324,341,307,120B and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with sword upon the head of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple and there is no accusation of repeating the blow.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23737 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 today in connection with Samastipur (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 381 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Samastipur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
