The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended in the instant case on 03.03.2018. He further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel also submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Nand Kumar Prasad, Jagdhari Singh and Bablu Kumar Choubey @ Bablu Kumar Choudhry, have been granted bail in by this Court as well as by different Coordinate Benches of this Court.

No.31131 of 2018 (3) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that the similarly circumstanced co-accused have been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazipur, Vaishali in connection with Jandaha P.S. case no. 35 of 2018.
