The petitioners, eight in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant made allegation that the petitioners assaulted him and made firing. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Nandan Kumar, the informant, got one injury which is simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners no. 1 to 8, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be

No.13700 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
