The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015, registered under Section 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

On secret informant, the informant apprehended two persons who disclosed the name of six accused persons including the petitioner.

Contention of the petitioner is that he was not apprehended or found at the place of occurrence. It is only the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner does not

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No. 88/2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. The petitioner shall appear on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall have liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
