The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 337, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation is attributed to the co-accused, Ajit Kumar. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
