ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by the 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in B.P.No.186 of 2015 vide order dated 27.02.2015 in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.370 of 2014. It has been submitted that on merits the Opposite Party No.2 should not have been granted bail since he has filed a criminal case against the Informant and his witnesses which means he has misused the privilege of bail.

I am unable to appreciate the contention raised on behalf of the Petitioner.

The application is dismissed.
