JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 4.1.2018, seeks bail in Narpatganj PS Case No. 495 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 342 and 392 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant both are co-villagers and allegation of recovery false and fabricated, one of the co-accused Rewati Yadav has been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 12439 of 2018, the petitioner is in custody since 4.1.2018 and investigation has been completed.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Araria in connection with Narpatganj PS Case No. 495 of 2017.
