This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.749 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for bail has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.56638 of 2023. 4.

The petitioner and others were caught roaming near the State Bank of India on a motorcycle. On search, one master key, some money and forged Aadhar Card have been recovered. The petitioner has four criminal antecedents. He is in custody since 20.05.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to review my earlier order dated 30.08.2023. 6.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
