JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to accept the petitioner's voluntary retirement application from the post of Warden since application filed before the Inspector General (Prison), Bihar was not being acted upon.

The State has filed counter affidavit. It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during the pendency of the writ petitioner as he has been granted voluntary retirement with effect from 31.07.2014.
