JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26245/2014 by this Court by which the petitioners were given liberty to move the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 3443/2013, who will pass order in view of the direction given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in 2014(3) PLJR 314 (SC) It does not appear from the petition that the petitioners have moved the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. Considering the facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground to modify the order dated 22.09.2014.

This petition stands disposed of.
