Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid Criminal Miscellaneous No. 75040 of 2019 to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14428 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 its original file, subject to the defects, if any, being removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The restoration petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
