2. Vide order/judgment dated 10.10.2023 passed in CWJC No. 4599 of 2023, inter alia, following direction was given to the District Provident Fund Officer, Bhojpur, Ara: "4. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of State of Jharkhand, as well as, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Bihar, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Provident Fund Officer, Bhojpur, Ara that he should not make any delay in making payment of the Provident Fund to the petitioner which he is entitled for, within the aforesaid period, along with the statutory interest."

A show-cause has been filed by the opposite party no. 4, the District Provident Fund Officer, Bhojpur at Ara, and compliance of the order/judgment dated 10.10.2023 passed in CWJC No. 4599 of 2023 has been made as would appear from the information contained in paragraphs no. 6, 7 and 9 of the show-cause.

4. Considering the information contained in paragraphs no. 6, 7 and 9 of the show-cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4, the present contempt petition is consigned.

5. In case, the petitioner is still not satisfied and he is
