Learned counsel for the State and Accountant General are present and have been heard.

Copy of the supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 5, in which it has been stated that sanction order has been forwarded to the Accountant General along with the required papers, service book etc. on 13.12.2017 through the special messenger and the same has been received in the Accountant General Office on 18.12.2017.

3. Learned counsel for the Accountant General

Patna High Court CWJC No.7165 of 2016 (6) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 submitted that the authority slip shall be issued in favour of the petitioner within one week from today.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the matter having reached its concluding stage, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Accountant General to ensure issuance of authority within one week and thereafter the State authorities shall also ensure that actual payment is made to the petitioner without any undue delay.
