JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 545 of 2016 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Munna Singh @ Munna Kumar Singh, who has been granted bail vide order dated 20.06.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 17498 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2017. Considering the fact that that the co-accused has been granted bail and the fact that petitioner has remained in custody since 05.08.2017, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
