The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 28 of 2010 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 302 IPC and 27 Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police after investigation submitted final form against this petitioner and thereafter the court took cognizance on protest. He further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail. Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that there is no allegation of firing against this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstanced including the fact that police has submitted final form, the Court is
