Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 482/2021, registered for the offences under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The petitioner is the brother of the person who was found possession in the illicit liquor on the motorcycle and the motorcycle is in the name of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16475 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise CourtII, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 482/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
