JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within three years of her marriage and her death was not natural and furthermore, there is specific allegation of demand of dowry as well as torturing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12561 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 No. 105 of 2013 pending in the court of Shri Deshmukh, Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad stands rejected.
