Petitioners seek bail, who are in custody since 15.01.2023 in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 310 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 24.03.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 323, 504, 506, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Sections 3(i)(r)(s), 3(2)(va)SC/ST Act, 1989. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission
