Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gamharia PS Case No. 63 of 2014, S.T. No. 186 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 302 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was neither named in the FIR nor his name transpired during period of investigation and also not charge-sheeted at the conclusion of the investigation, the petitioner's name transpired during trial, he has been summoned under Section 319 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Umesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Madhepura in connection with Gamharia PS Case No. 63 of 2014, S.T. No. 186 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C..
