The matter was considered by a committee comprising of District Leprosy Officer, Bhojpur, Additional Chief Medical Officer, Bhojpur and one other member and the committee recommended that cancellation of petitioner's selection should be reconsidered having regard to the fact that other than her absence on 22.11.2011 she has been discharging her duties to the best of her ability and to the satisfaction of all

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of repeated attempt he has not been able to reach to his client to ascertain whether in light of report of the committee dated 28.4.2012 petitioner's selection has been restored or not. In view of such situation the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court in the event she is prejudiced by any action/inaction on part of the authorities pursuant to report of the committee dated 28.4.2012.
