2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 246 of 2024, dated 28.08.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 103(1) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was murdered by her husband and in-laws.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner no. 2 is the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15907 of 2025(2) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 father-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody. He has further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the petitioners live separately from Pinku Rajak (husband of the deceased) and the deceased and petitioners have no concern at all with them. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 29.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner's period of custody as well as the fact that petitioner no. 1 is a lady, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 246 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
