JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench dated 20.11.2013, passed in LPA No. 1841 of 2011 the respondents have calculated an amount of Rs.1,68,173/- to be outstanding against the petitioner. The petitioner disputes the said amount and says that he is not liable for the same as he has not been afforded opportunity or the details of the same has not been made available to him.

It is agreed by the parties that respondent no.2 may take final decision on the claim of the petitioner with respect of the outstanding amount of Rs.1,68,173/-.

Petitioner's counsel submits that he will make fresh

Patna High Court CWJC No.11424 of 2014 (6) dt.25-01-2018 representation before respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today. If the petitioner files such representation, respondent no. 2 would be obliged to take a final decision in the matter within eight weeks thereof.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
