2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as prayed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Saran which is at Annexure-6 at page-27 of the writ application. The petitioner submits that he would be

3. This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Saran to dispose of the representation (Annexure-6) filed by the petitioner within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner. The final order passed by the District Magistrate, Saran should be a well reasoned and speaking order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
