Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. The son of the informant died in an accident. Moreover, the present case has been filed after about two years of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for such long delay. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
